Industrial buyers almost triple outlays on shorter-tenure Singapore factories
Buyers of Singapore factories with 30 years or less of lease left lifted sales value from S$360.7 million to S$972.2 million in the third quarter, while JTC rents rose 0.5 per cent for a 24th quarter and prices gained 4.2 per cent on the year.
