Ministry of Finance tenders renminbi sovereign bonds

The Hong Kong Monetary Authority said on 20 October 2026 that China's Ministry of Finance will issue renminbi sovereign bonds through the Central Moneymarkets Unit. The notice names the tender channel but leaves amount, tenor and price to the annexes.
