Seviora Holdings, the primary asset-management platform of Temasek Holdings, announced that it will integrate three of its wholly-owned asset-management companies into a single platform. The entities involved are Azalea Investment Management, SeaTown Holdings International and Seviora Capital. The combined business will operate under the Seviora name from 1 January 2027, subject to the necessary consents and approvals. A review of the group’s branding remains under way.

The three companies have progressively shared technology, human-resources and distribution functions since Seviora was established in 2020. The formal integration is presented by the group as the natural next step that converts those shared services into a unified operating model. Clients will gain access to the full range of private-equity, private-credit and alternatives capabilities through a single relationship. The group also states that the consolidation will allow greater investment in research, people and technology.

Fullerton Fund Management and InnoVen Capital are excluded from the consolidation. Both will continue to operate as separate legal entities within the wider Seviora group. Seviora itself became Temasek’s designated primary asset-management platform following a restructuring announced in 2025.

The scale of the combined platform is approximately US$76 billion. This figure reflects the private-markets and alternatives businesses that are being brought together. The move concentrates a substantial pool of private-equity and private-credit capability under one Temasek-linked brand and operating structure.

For Asia-Pacific asset owners and institutional allocators the development is material. Parallel entities that previously required separate relationship management will now present a single client-facing interface. The change reduces friction for investors seeking exposure across private equity, private credit and related strategies within the Temasek ecosystem.

Platform consolidation converts shared services into a single client-facing operating model for private-market capital.

The timing coincides with broader regional demand for scaled private-markets platforms. Allocators assessing capacity, operational continuity and single-point access will treat the 1 January 2027 effective date as a structural reference point for future engagement with the Seviora complex.
