Bank of Singapore made the Keppel Data Centres S64 Access Fund SP9 available to clients during a limited subscription window and has since closed the offering. The vehicle was originated by and exclusively distributed through the bank. It provides access to Keppel Data Centre Fund III together with tailored exposure to selected data-centre investment opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region.
The structure sits inside Bank of Singapore’s private-markets programme for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The bank has previously distributed other closed-ended alternatives, including vehicles linked to Veritas Capital, Coller Capital and PIMCO. No size raised, minimum ticket, fee schedule or exact commitment period was disclosed in the announcement.
The underlying exposure is tied to Keppel’s third data-centre private fund. On 21 August 2026 Keppel announced that its Connectivity Division had been provisionally awarded 50 MW of new data-centre capacity under Singapore’s second Data Centre – Call for Application (DC-CFA2), administered by the Economic Development Board and the Infocomm Media Development Authority. The award, one of four 50 MW allocations made from more than 20 proposals, will support the development of Keppel Data Centre Singapore 11, an AI-ready facility on Jurong Island with an expected investment of more than S$1 billion. Keppel stated that the project would be funded by Keppel Data Centre Fund III and its co-investors.
Singapore remains a tightly controlled market for new data-centre capacity. Power availability is the binding constraint, and incremental capacity is allocated through competitive government processes rather than open market development. Keppel’s platform combines data-centre development and operation with energy, cooling and connectivity infrastructure. At the time of the August award the group reported a portfolio of 39 data-centre assets across Asia-Pacific and Europe with more than 900 MW of gross power capacity.
For private-wealth clients the vehicle offered a single-manager, Asia-Pacific data-centre allocation with an explicit Singapore component and an exclusive distribution channel. Because the subscription window has closed, the product is no longer available for new capital. The announcement does not provide independent performance data, liquidity terms or risk metrics beyond the structural description.
