Who we are
InvestIQ Asia is the data user (Hong Kong) and organisation (Singapore) responsible for the personal data collected through the Asia-Pacific Allocator Survey. Data protection enquiries may be addressed to editorial@invest-iq.asia.
What we collect
Your full name, work email address, survey answers and any optional comments, together with the date and time of your consent and basic technical information about your browser.
Why we collect it
To produce aggregated, non-attributed research on Asia-Pacific capital allocation, and — where you have consented — to send you editorial research briefings. Individual responses are never published or attributed to you or your organisation.
Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. It is held by InvestIQ Asia and processed by our hosting and spreadsheet service providers solely on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations. Data may be stored outside Hong Kong and Singapore with comparable protection.
Retention
Survey responses are retained for up to 24 months after the close of the survey, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Briefing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Each briefing includes an unsubscribe link, or you may write to editorial@invest-iq.asia. We will respond within the statutory period.
Security
Data is stored with access restricted to authorised editorial staff, encrypted in transit, and protected by role-based controls.
